Our promise

Noirframe is built so your photos and videos stay yours. There is no account, no tracking, and no advertising. We do not run servers that receive your media.

What we collect

Nothing. We do not collect personal data, contacts, location, or analytics about your content. Your photos, videos and albums are encrypted on your device and never sent to us.

On-device encryption

All media is encrypted with AES-256 using a key derived from your passcode. The key never leaves your device and we cannot access it.

Optional iCloud sync

If you enable iCloud Sync, only end-to-end encrypted data and your passcode-wrapped key are stored in your own private iCloud. We cannot read it; it stays within your Apple account.

Purchases

Subscriptions and purchases are handled by Apple. We never see your payment details.

Third-party services

Purchases are processed by Apple through the App Store; we never receive your payment details. Optional iCloud Sync uses your own Apple iCloud account and is governed by Apple's Privacy Policy.

Children

Noirframe is not directed to children under 13 (or the minimum age in your country), and we do not knowingly collect any data from children.

Your rights

Because we hold no personal data about you, there is nothing on our side to access, correct, export, or delete. You control all of your content directly on your device, and can delete it at any time inside the app.

We may update this policy from time to time. The "last updated" date above always reflects the current version; material changes will be noted in the app or on this page.
