Acceptance

By using Noirframe, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

Your passcode

You are responsible for remembering your passcode or pattern. It cannot be recovered — if you lose it, your encrypted content cannot be decrypted.

Backups & data loss

You are responsible for keeping backups (iCloud Sync or encrypted backup files). Uninstalling the app deletes local data, and we cannot recover content that was never backed up.

Subscriptions

Premium is offered as an auto-renewing subscription or a one-time purchase, billed through your Apple account. Subscriptions renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the period ends. Manage or cancel anytime in your Apple ID settings.

Acceptable use

Use Noirframe only for lawful purposes and content you have the right to store.

No warranty

The app is provided "as is" without warranties. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for lost data or damages arising from use of the app.

License

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use Noirframe on devices you own or control, for personal, lawful use.

Intellectual property

Noirframe, its name, design, and software are owned by us and our licensors and are protected by law. These Terms grant you no ownership rights.

Termination

You may stop using Noirframe at any time by deleting the app. We may suspend or terminate access if these Terms are violated.

Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms; continued use of the app after an update means you accept the revised Terms.

Governing law
